Braher participates in the 10th Latin American Meat Technology Course that is taking place from 12 to 14 September 2023 in the city of Medellin – Colombia, which aims to provide the perfect setting for national and international exhibitors to share their knowledge and experience to respond and add value to the innate and growing complexity of the meat sector; with demanding and informed consumers in an increasingly evolving market.

The fair is entirely aimed at the South American meat industry. Representatives of Alico Group companies (Citalsa, Alitecno, OA Bolivia) and above all end customers of all these companies, from countries such as Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Costa Rica… attend the fair. A total of 300 people attend the event per day.
